Updates

We’ve refined the Statuses and simplified the Edit Ticket page. These changes are to better reflect how you, the Console User interacts with them. While in the new simplified Edit Ticket page, the Statuses’ full description is shown to Console Users. However, only the first part of the Status (before the dash) is displayed on the main Tickets page and Reports.

In Progress – Working on Ticket
Acknowledged – Read and Closed
Resolved – Automated Email Sent (this replaces “Solved”)
Closed – No Automated Email Sent (this replaces “Not Solvable”)

Training Webinars

  • OPEN-LINE Console Use / Reporting  / Tracking Tab

We offer Training Webinars for OPEN-LINE on an as needed basis. If you have added a new console user, need help with reporting or just want a refresher course, we’d be happy to set that up. Our online training sessions are usually Tuesdays & Wednesdays between 9am PST & 1pm PST. Each session is approximately 45 minutes in length.
